The Peerless/Suncoast business center offers it's customers a dedicated and well trained team of knowledgeable designers and toolmakers that have been servicing customers like General Electric turbine plants, Pratt & Whitney, Praxair, Ford, Delphi, TECT, Chromalloy, Parker-Hannifin, Honeywell, Allied Signal, Raytheon, Doncasters, Siemens, General Dyanmics and hundreds more companies with special tooling needs.
The Peerless/Suncoast team start with the basics of part print interpretation and customer objective, then we incorporate creative solutions for gaging, workholding and machining of complex features and exotic materials.
Our 60 plus years of solutions based experience is your edge to a timely and trouble free project.
We also service many local Tampa Bay customers: Leslie Controls, Pall Aeropower, West Co., Conmed Linvatec and numerous small machine shops that do not have the toolroom and finish machining capabilities. Suncoast/Peerless offers these other shops their large capacity machining envelopes with it's 60" diameter CNC VTL turning, SIP720 CNC jig boring and Okamoto wet grinding. Our Mitsubishi 300 HA wire EDM offers one of the largest machining envelopes, with it’s (18" Z axis), in the Southeast United States. See our facilities list.
Our expertise in Design & Build of special application machines, inspection gages, machining fixtures & tools has allowed us to evolve the facility to include a high quality Production environment. We are truly the one stop shop for our customer's one of a kind and small lot requirements.
