Suncoast Tool Design LLC is located in Clearwater Florida and specializes in Tool & Gage design, consulting and solid modeling services. 

Experience Makes the difference in the early stages of development and manufacture of a product. If you start out with a quality concept/design for your tooling and/or gage requirements then the results will carry throughout the process of producing a quality product. Thirty (30) plus years experience with dozens of industries and hundreds of applications is reflected in every concept, design and consultation.
WHAT WE DO
  • Design tooling, fixtures and gages to solve your manufacturing needs.
  • Cad services are generally performed in SolidWorks™ and converted into most all popular formats (if needed).
  • In most all cases, models and drawing files will be offered in all popular formats to suit the customers needs.
  • Design consultation is always offered whether it be for custom Functional or Variable Gages, R&D prototype soft tooling or high production tooling. Customer requirements and cost effective design/build approaches are always a  priority while satisfying product tolerance and datum requirements.
  • Other services include converting your old line drawings into new workable Models that can then be used by CNC manufacturing and many other purposes that were not previously possible. 
  • Updating your drawings to new GD&T standards.
